RETURN POLICY

We hope you’ll be satisfied with everything that you purchased from Kurt River, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return the items within 30 days from the purchase date for refund. Please send us a message with your order number via kurtriver@kurtriver.com for complete instructions. Returns require the items to be in their original condition and with their original packaging in order to be accepted. We will not accept returns that do not fulfill these criteria.

Once we receive your return, please allow your order up to 14 days to process. As soon as we are done with your return, you’ll get a confirmation mail.
